The modalities you’ll master to transform your life and

No two individuals are the same and nor are two ways of healing. The new paradigm of coaching offers a multi-modality toolkit of adaptable and diverse tools that can be used in a way that is customized and personalized to each unique individual, including:
BREATHWORK:
Through bringing conscious awareness and technique to the way we breathe, we can use the breath as a healing modality. Through breathwork, we can clear stuck energy, calm the nervous system, feel and process emotions, activate and unleash more of our expression and truth, and so much more. We teach three types of breathwork in the program that you’ll be able to weave into your coaching practice.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT):
EFT, also known as tapping, is a modality that works with the underlying emotions and energy of our biggest challenges, fears, and beliefs that can hold us back from being fully activated, alive, and unleashed. It can help process feelings, realign energy, clear the emotional charge from situations and occurrences going on in our lives, rework blocks, and more. In the program, you’ll specifically be learning how to use EFT in your coaching to create more powerful results for clients.
MEDITATION AND VISUALIZATION:
Meditation, contemplation, and inquiry provides a deep grounding of all the other modalities and coaching techniques. You’ll learn more about different meditation practices and visualizations for you and your clients to use to further embody your deepest desires and live the life you’ve dreamed of.
GESTALT TECHNIQUES:
These dynamic, experiential practices incorporate movement, Gestalt Techniques, and Somatic Techniques for deep healing and to bring transformation into each layer of being —physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual. From this place, we bring our boldest goals to life, and embody our power, purpose, and potential.
Neuro-Linguistic PROGRAMMING (NLP) FOUNDATIONS:
NLP is made up of hypnotic language and mind strategies that shift our perspective around the limiting beliefs and stories we tell ourselves, create changes in behaviour and action, and align behaviour and action with desired outcomes and goals.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL TECHNIQUE:
The latest and most innovative cognitive coaching models allow us to objectively observe our thinking, behaviors, and actions or lack thereof. Through diving into cognitive models and mindset work, we are able to access infinite possibilities available to us and align our thoughts, behaviors and actions with our highest desires. We believe that cognitive coaching paired with somatic modalities and embodiment practices is a recipe for us --and our clients --to be in our power and create whatever future we want.

These training calls will introduce you to the key concepts we’ll be exploring that week, and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions as they arise. In the calls, you will learn all the models, frameworks, tools, practices, and modalities you’ll need to support any client through any situation. We’ll be bringing all our energy and passion to these calls and we’ll expect you to do the same!

With our “Earn While You Learn” approach, we have designed business trainings to support you to get paying clients to start coaching while working through the program. And if you choose the Principal Track many of these hours will come from coaching your peers during practice sessions in the program.

This is imperative not only for your mastery as a Professional Coach to facilitate and support change in your clients, but also for your own development as a successful and masterful coaching business owner.
WEEKLY LIVE EMBODIMENT + GROUP PRACTICE SESSIONS FOR 6 MONTHS
Each week you’ll have the opportunity to deeply feel into and embody what you’ve been learning through our practice sessions that include guided practices, group and partnered work to develop your coaching skills in a safe, encouraging, reflective environment. The sessions also include Q&A time.
This is imperative not only for your mastery as a Professional Coach to facilitate and support change in your clients, but also for your own development as a successful and masterful coaching business owner.
12 WEEKS OF MENTOR COACHING FOR YOUR ICF CREDENTIAL
If you plan on pursuing your credential with the ICF, you will need to complete Mentor Coaching led by an ICF-approved mentor outside of the main curriculum, which takes place over a period of 3 months at the end of the 6-month Certification program in a small group of 8-10 students.
Mentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
12 WEEKS OF MENTOR COACHING FOR YOUR ICF CREDENTIAL
If you plan on pursuing your credential with the ICF, you will need to complete Mentor Coaching led by an ICF-approved mentor outside of the main curriculum, which takes place over a period of at least 3 months in a small group with 8-10 students.

Why get your ICF Credential?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest organization of professionally trained coaches in the world and remains the leading voice and credential provider in the industry.
According to the Library of Professional Coaching, as a graduate of an ICF-accredited program like the Coaching Evolved Transformational Embodiment Coach Certification that allows you to earn your ICF credential, you’ll be able to:
- Command higher fees
- Attract more clients
- And enjoy greater annual revenue from coaching than your peers without an internationally-recognized coaching credential
- A recent study, carried out by PriceWaterhouseCoopers involving nearly 6,000 coaches around the world found that the average annual salary of a full-time certified coach was just over $82,000.
- Standard hourly rates for new coaches coming out of a certification program are $100-$150 per hour, and coaches with their ICF credential can earn upwards of $300+ per hour.
- In fact, big companies like Netflix are hiring experienced ICF-credentialed coaches to their teams with salaries of up to $500,000. The majority of coaching positions available within organizations require your ICF credential, and remember that once you take an accredited program like ours, you can hold this credential for your entire career, making the investment in this program continue to pay off for years to come.
We highly recommend coaches choose a training provider that is ICF-accredited specifically for the credential path (as opposed to just being a continuing education provider, which does not allow students to get their credential). Choosing an ICF-accredited program means you are also learning from faculty who have been vetted and hold their ICF credential.

The Teaching
Schedule
The primary teachings of the program are delivered in live calls to assist you in truly embodying the methodology, tools and modalities. Live calls also elevate the group energy of the cohort and enable you to ask questions and get feedback in real time. All teaching calls are recorded if you can’t make them live.
The call times for the program are:
WEEKLY LIVE TEACHING SESSIONS (For both Essentials and Principal Tracks)
Teaching calls are every Monday (except for during breaks), alternating between 10 am and 3 pm PST each week. Live attendance at your weekly Module classes are strongly recommended, but not required. If you can't make it live to the class, we will provide a recording for you to watch at your convenience.
WEEKLY PRACTICE COACHING SESSIONS (Principal Track Only)
Practice call sessions are offered three times each week so you can choose which one works best for your timezone. Live attendance at ONE practice session each week is a requirement for ICF accreditation. If you have to miss a practice for an emergency, you will be able to make it up.
MENTOR COACHING PODS (Principal Track Only)
Mentor Coaching Pods are small groups of no more than 10 students and will be scheduled according to the times that work best for the majority of Principal Track students. The Mentor Coaching sessions will begin at the end of the 6-month program and run for 3 months.

Natalie MacNeil
FOUNDER OF COACHING EVOLVED and our flagship Transformational Embodiment Coach Certification.
Let me tell you a story about how I came to do this work...
Once upon a time, I had everything I thought I’d ever wanted. I started a successful media company right out of university, won an Emmy, and started a blog called She Takes on the World that would be rated by Forbes as one of the top websites for women globally. I’d written bestselling books, made a lot of money, and was living a somewhat glamorous, jet-setting life.
But there was always something tugging at my sleeve, calling me to do something more for people, and the planet -- far beyond the money, the “influencer status” or the accolades.
Like you, I’d always loved helping others, and diving deep into personal development work and philosophy. And, eventually, I began to follow where that call led.
My search for more led me to stretch beyond the confines of my mind and explore a range of modalities such as breathwork, meditation, emotional freedom technique, tantra, neuro-linguistic programming, and more.
As I ventured deeper into myself, I realized: to become the person I desired to become, I’d first have to learn how to be in a different way.
What unfolded next wasn’t easy, but I trusted how I was being called to change my life.
I moved countries, broke off a relationship I’d been in for more than a decade, and moved away from my family and friends and the life I had built. I stumbled, fell, and picked myself back up again.
The journey taught me to be unabashed by my desires and unafraid of the callings of my heart. It meant letting go of a predictable, good-on-paper life so I could explode fully into a kaleidoscope of my self-expression.
The more I learned and grew, the more I realized: I wanted to help others discover that same freedom for themselves.
After over 10 years of coaching over 1000 people and building a thriving business, and also training in modalities like NLP, EFT, breathwork, meditation and more, it was a calling on my heart (and the request of many of my clients) to develop a coaching certification around what I’ve created and learned. That's how Coaching Evolved was born.
Like you, I care deeply about mastery. I hold a Certified Professional Coach credential (PCC) with the ICF, and have logged thousands of hours of experience. I don't do quick, fast, easy approaches to things. That commitment to mastery goes hand in hand with my commitment to having world-class faculty to support you on this journey.

Lorraine Hamilton
PROGRAM DIRECTOR & MASTER COACH TRAINER
A former engineer-turned-Master-Coach-turned-Master-Trainer, Lorraine Hamilton has found success in the life, health, business and corporate coaching arenas over the past two decades. That experience, paired with an array of modalities she has trained in and taught, makes Lorraine a unicorn Program Director (and have you seen the matching unicorn hair?;)) to ensure students at Coaching Evolved become masterful and embodied coaches.
